ICONICA was appointed as the design consultant for the iconic entrance gateway of the prestigious Azizi Venice development in Dubai. In addition to leading the design process, ICONICA was responsible for the preparation and issuance of the tender documentation package, ensuring a comprehensive and coordinated framework for procurement and execution. Our scope encompassed the landscape design strategy, architectural façade concept, and the overall arrival experience, establishing a distinctive identity that reflects the ambition, elegance, and scale of this landmark destination. The design approach focused on creating a memorable sense of arrival through the integration of contemporary architectural language, carefully curated landscape elements, and a welcoming spatial composition. The gateway was envisioned as a statement landmark that embodies the project's waterfront-inspired character while reinforcing Azizi Venice's position as one of Dubai's emerging lifestyle destinations. Through the harmonious balance of built form, materiality, lighting, and landscape, ICONICA developed an entrance experience that celebrates placemaking, connectivity, and visual identity, setting the tone for the community beyond.
